What is a Conscious Connected Breathwork Session?
A conscious connected breathwork session is a 60-90 minute virtual journey guided by a simple yet powerful breathing pattern: equal-length inhales and exhales with no pause in between. This continuous breath allows your body to release trauma, move stuck emotions, and shift energy in a way that feels deeply healing. It’s also a chance to tap into spiritual insight and the innate wisdom of your body, which knows exactly what you need to process and heal. I’ll be there to guide you and hold space, ensuring the experience feels safe and supported as you explore this transformative practice.

What does this session look like and what do I need to prepare?

Virtual breathwork sessions are conducted from the comfort of your home.

You will need space to lie down, such as a yoga mat, couch, or rug!

Do not eat 2 hours prior to breathwork

Have a water bottle with you & make sure you are hydrated

Bring a journal to jot down insights, or to journal and reflect afterwards

Have a computer charger so you don't lose connection during your session

Headphones can help so you can hear your guide & music
