Come as you are: anxious, hopeful, tired, questioning, peaceful, or somewhere in between.
No pressure to perform or have it all figured out. Just space to breathe, be present, and make room for God. 🤍
During this time together we will:
-
Go over conscious connected breathwork (no experience needed) --- I explain it for you in simple terms.
-
Start with grounding, intention, and prayer
-
Experience a guided faith-based breathwork journey
-
Integrate through prayer and meditation
-
Have an opportunity to share and connect with others

Hi, I'm Taylor! I'm a licensed therapist (in Minnesota) and a certified breathwork coach.
I'm the founder of Guiding Breath. Breathe with Jesus was a vision from God that actually came to me during one of my own breathwork sessions.
It's a great way to deepen your faith, decrease your stress, and to feel present in prayer. I hope you'll join us!

"I have found the sessions to be very relaxing and calming, as well as an intentional way to connect deeper with Jesus. I’ve always felt close to God when listening to worship music and Taylor puts together the best playlists for these sessions — she makes it so easy to just focus on praising God with each breath, with no worries about a “right or wrong way” of how things should feel or be done. "
-Jandi
"I think what you are doing is so incredible! Thank you for sharing your love and passion so well with the world and I especially love that you enveloped it around Jesus! It's absolutely perfect! Thank you, Taylor you are a true gift!"
