Through conscious connected breathwork, scripture, music, prayer and meditation.

In a busy and noisy world, it can be easy to lose moments of stillness. This monthly gathering offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore faith through prayer & meditation, scripture, music, and guided breathwork in community.
During this time together we will:
