In a busy and noisy world, it can be easy to lose moments of stillness. This monthly gathering offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore faith through prayer & meditation, scripture, music, and guided breathwork in community.

During this time together we will:

  • Go over conscious connected breathing briefly 

  • Start with grounding and intention

  • ​Experience a guided breathwork journey

  • Integrate through prayer and meditation 

  • Have an opportunity to share and connect

This is For You if

  • You love Jesus and want a space to slow down and breathe with others in faith

  • You are curious about integrating breathwork with spirituality or prayer

  • You appreciate supportive community

  • You want a gentle way to reconnect with stillness, presence, and yourself 

  • You are wanting to connect, reconnect, or explore God, spirituality, or your faith

  • 1st Wednesday of every month 

  • 7:00pm CST

  • Live on zoom, link will be sent when you register
